Different types of gas Stove
Gas stoves are the core cooking equipment in modern kitchens. By efficiently converting the chemical energy of gas into heat energy, they can complete various cooking operations such as frying, stir-frying, boiling, roasting, stewing, and boiling. They are essential kitchen appliances for Chinese families for daily cooking.
According to Installation Method
- Desktop Gas Stove: No need to drill in advance, simply place it on the countertop for use. The installation threshold is low, suitable for rental houses, temporary kitchens, and renovation of old houses, etc. It is affordable and easy to operate.
- Inset Gas Stove: Installed by embedding it in a custom cabinet with a pre-drilled hole. The panel is flush with the countertop, with high overall aesthetics. It is the mainstream choice for new home renovations and can be deeply integrated with the overall kitchen style.
3. Integrated Kitchen Stove: Integrates the functions of gas stove, range hood, and disinfection cabinet/vacuum oven. It saves kitchen space and has higher smoke extraction efficiency, suitable for open kitchen scenarios.
According to Gas Source Type
It must strictly match the actual gas source of the household. It is absolutely not allowed to mix use:
- Natural Gas Stove (12T): Suitable for households with piped natural gas. The nozzle diameter is adapted to the pressure parameters of natural gas.
- Liquefied Petroleum Gas Stove (20Y): Suitable for households using gas cylinders. The combustion parameters are optimized for liquefied gas characteristics.
- Artificial Gas Stove (5R/6R/7R): Suitable for some special areas that still use artificial gas. Currently, the market share is extremely low.
According to Panel Material
- Tempered Glass Panel: The current market mainstream. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. It can be wiped clean with a cloth while the food is still hot. It has a high appearance level and is suitable for most modern kitchen styles. When purchasing, prioritize products with anti-shatter film to reduce the risk of debris flying.
- 304 Stainless Steel Panel: Strong impact resistance, not prone to cracking. Suitable for families with a high frequency of stir-frying. When purchasing, you can determine it through a magnet. 304 stainless steel has weak magnetism or no magnetism, while 201 stainless steel has stronger magnetism. The latter has poorer corrosion resistance.
- Ceramic Panel: High hardness, high temperature resistance, fine appearance texture. The market share is relatively small, and the price is higher. Suitable for users who pursue high-end kitchen aesthetics.
