Gas Cooker Quality Inspection Process

Every high-quality gas stove starts with every standard.

Raw Material InspectionIgnition valve quality assurance

The surface of the casting is flat and smooth, without obvious defects such as rust, cracks, burns, etc., and the interface is intercommunication without blockage. The product and its packaging should have appropriate markings, indicating the product name, specification model, parameters, quantity, production date, production unit, etc. The structural dimensions and nozzles should comply with the drawings or sample approval.
The air hazard should not be deformed, can be adjusted smoothly, and there should be no gap between the ignition valve and the burner. Air tightness: When the solenoid valve is opened and the valve body is closed, the air lock volume is less than 20ml/h under a pressure of 10kPa; when the solenoid valve is closed and the valve body is opened, the situation is the same, (an FTIR is installed in each ignition valve.) Life test: After repeated operation for 50,000 times, the air tightness, working torque and ignition valve can still work normally.

Inspection Of Raw MaterialsBrass cap quality assurance

The copper cap can be rotated freely 350 degrees. After 30 minutes of continuous burning, the copper cap will not be deformed, and the surface layer will not bubble, crack or peel off. At the same time, discoloration, odor or deformation is not allowed. Combustion performance: no orange flame, floating flame, leaking fire or explosion is allowed. The combustion performance is very good.

Inspection Of Raw MaterialsFurnace body quality assurance

The furnace body has no discoloration, scratches, dents or deformation.
The printed logo is clear and consistent with the drawing.

Inspection Of Raw MaterialsBurner quality assurance

The surface and inner wall of the burner must be smooth, and no corrosion, rust, brittle cracks or coating loss are allowed. The edges of the burner must not be broken, perforated or uneven.
The burner must be heat-resistant, and the surface of the burner body is not allowed to discolor, fall off or rust.
