Ignition valve

Bottom shell and panel

Professional design and excellent manufacturing.
The bottom shell is generally made of stainless steel, which can also be replaced according to customer needs.
The empty part should match the burner size and knob size.
Several options for the top panel: stainless steel 201, #304/heating glass/enamel.

Make sure the valve body and valve core are not leaking, and the leak detector is well connected to the air intake pipe.
Ordinary burner size: 90mm (single tube/double tube), 100mm, 120mm.
Press the valve body to the bottom by hand (open the solenoid valve), start the leak detector, and read the result after stopping.
Turn the valve body to the maximum ignition position, release, start the leak detector, wait for the leak detector to stop, and read the result.

Check for gas leaks

Gas pipeline leakage Make sure there is no gas leak in each gas pipeline, connect the gas leak detection hose to the gas inlet joint, start the gas leak detector, and read the test results after the detector stops.

Fire Test 2

Visible flame leakage

Make sure there is no gas leakage in each joint, turn on the furnace from the gas inlet to the fire hole, and set the gas pressure to 1.5 times the rated pressure.
Use a visible flame (pressure: 1, 5pg) to detect whether there is any leakage from the gas inlet to the fire hole.

Flatness test

Make sure that each pot support fits well with the furnace body.
The surface is smooth and the ear height of the flat-bottomed support is ≤1mm without burrs.
The pot body is stable and the circumferential diameter is uniform.
The welding of the pot support is firm and there is no deformation.
Place the pot support on the top of the panel, it should not shake, and the radial clearance is 2mm.
